Explanation of Responses:

1. On October 4, 2021, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that an award of restricted stock units was granted on September 30, 2021. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the award of restricted stock units was granted on October 1, 2021 pursuant to the OneWater Marine Inc. 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The award vests on September 30, 2022, subject to the recipient's continued service as a director of OneWater Marine Inc. through such vesting date.
