1. This sale was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on December 4, 2020.

2. The price reported in Column 4 represents a weighted average price. The shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $70.565 to $71.55, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. Shares held by Van Siclen Holdings LLC whose initial member is the John W. Van Siclen 2019 Irrevocable Trust, for which the Concord Trust Company serves as trustee. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and the filing of this report is not an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of these securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.

4. Shares held by the Nancy R. Van Siclen 2019 Irrevocable Trust, for which John Van Siclen serves as trustee.
