The Company awarded the reporting person 13,046 time-based restricted stock units (RSUs), each of which represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Company's common stock, and will vest in approximately equal, 1/3 installments on each of June 30, 2024, 2025 and 2026, provided that the reporting person remains continuously employed by the Company on each such date.
