On December 28, 2021 (the "Grant Date"), the Reporting Person was granted 21,621 restricted stock units, which vest on the earlier of December 28, 2022 or the date of the Issuer's next annual meeting of stockholders following the Grant Date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer.
