The award was a restricted stock unit award which vests in three annual equal installments on the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date of 1/18/2022 of which the second installment vested on 1/18/2024 and which shall be delivered to Mr. De Witte within 30 days following the first business day that occurs immediately following the six-month period after the date of his separation of service as deferred compensation.
