On October 29, 2021, BioNTech SE (the “Company”) and Pfizer Inc. today announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has authorized for emergency use the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for children 5 through 11 years of age (also referred to as 5 to <12 years).
