Explanation of Responses:

1. The security represents restricted stock units granted to the reporting person. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of the issuer.

2. On December 7, 2021, the issuer's compensation committee approved the grant of restricted stock units to each of the issuer's non-employee directors pursuant to the issuer's 2021 Equity Incentive Plan.

3. Of the shares underlying this restricted stock unit award, one-third will vest on August 26 of each of 2022, 2023 and 2024, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the issuer as of the applicable date.

4. The Reporting Person and Alberto Yepez are the managing members of ForgePoint Cybersecurity GP-1, LLC, which is the general partner of this entity, and exercise shared voting, investment and dispositive rights with respect to the shares of stock held by the entity. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

5. The Reporting Person and his spouse are co-trustees of this trust.
