1. This amendment is to correct the previous Form 4 that reported the weighted average price in Canadian Dollars. The weighted average price per share in US Dollars reported in this Amendment was converted based upon the exchange rate of 0.75614 Canadian Dollars to 1 US Dollar in effect on the date of the transaction.
