2. Granted pursuant to the Tractor Supply Company 2009 Stock Incentive Plan. In general, the shares subject to this option vested and became exercisable as follows: 33 1/3% on February 8, 2018, 33 1/3% on February 8, 2019, and 33 1/3% on February 8, 2020.

3. Granted pursuant to the Tractor Supply Company 2009 Stock Incentive Plan. In general, the shares subject to this option vested and became exercisable as follows: 33 1/3% on February 7, 2019, 33 1/3% on February 7, 2020, and 33 1/3% on February 7, 2021.
