1. Includes a grant of 58,750 restricted stock units ("RSUs") that will vest on April 6, 2025, a grant of 72,500 RSUs that will vest on March 15, 2025 and a grant of 87,500 RSUs that will vest on May 8, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service through these vesting dates. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock.
