The Option will become exercisable as to 25% of the shares underlying the Option on December 21, 2019, with respect to 25% of the shares underlying the Option on June 21, 2020, with respect to 25% of the shares underlying the Option on December 21, 2020, and with respect to the remaining 25% of the shares underlying the Option on June 21, 2021, subject in each case to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Issuer through such date. |
