9.3 The Company's telephone, voice mail, computer, and e-mail systems and the data stored on them are and remain at all times the property of Company. All information, including e-mail messages and files, that is created, sent, or retrieved over the Company's technical resources is the property of Company, and should not be considered private or confidential. 10.4 This Contract shall be governed and construed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If any dispute arises from or in connection with this Contract, the Parties shall first resolve such dispute through consultation. If the Parties fail to resolve such dispute through consultation within thirty days, both Parties have the right to apply for labor dispute arbitration in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
