Explanation of Responses:

1. This filing amends the Form 4 originally filed on filed on January 22, 2025, to report the payment of tax liability through the withholding of securities in connection with the vesting of restricted stock units on January 18, 2025.

2. Each Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) represents a contingent right to receive one common share.

3. Shares that were withheld by the issuer to satisfy the reporting person's tax obligation resulting from the vesting of restricted stock units.

4. Per share value is based on the market closing price of the common shares for January 17, 2025.

5. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted to reporting person on January 18, 2022, which vest in three equal annual installments beginning on the first anniversary of the grant date.
