On June 28, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Skillful Craftsman Education Technology Limited (the “Company”) received a resignation letter from Mr. Xiaofeng Gao to resign from his positions as the Chairman and director of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Gao indicated that his resignation is not because of any disagreement with the Company, its management or its other directors. The Company is in the process of interviewing candidates to fill the vacancies created by the resignation of Mr. Gao.
