1. On March 10, 2023, the Company granted Mr. Nikzad 54,804 restricted stock units under the Company's 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock. The restricted stock units granted will vest on March 10, 2024, and will be settled upon vesting (or within 30 days thereafter).
