Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 1, 2022, 20,047 of the Reporting Person's Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") were settled for an equal number of Class A Common Stock.

2. Reflects shares sold for taxes payable upon the vesting of RSUs.

3. The RSUs convert to Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis.

4. The RSUs were granted pursuant to the 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The RSUs vest in accordance with the following schedule: 20,047 vest on February 1, 2023 and 20,656 vest on February 1, 2024.
