| 2. On March 11, 2021, JDH Holdings sold 36,656 shares of Common Stock, which was effected through open market sales. |
| 3. Shares of Common Stock of the Issuer are held directly by JDH Holdings. |
| 4. JDH Capital Company ("JDH Capital") is the general partner of JDH Holdings. Hildebrand Enterprises, LP ("Hildebrand Enterprises") is the sole limited partner of JDH Holdings. Each of JDH Capital and Hildebrand Enterprises is wholly owned by Hildebrand Enterprises Company ("Hildebrand Company"). Hildebrand Company is wholly owned by Jeffery D. Hildebrand and Melinda B. Hildebrand. |
