4. Converted from Canadian exercise price of C$0.86 using an exchange rate of C$1.2732 = US$1.00.

5. Each share of Class C Multiple Voting Stock is convertible into one share of Class A Subordinate Voting Stock in accordance with the terms of the Class C Multiple Voting Stock. It is not currently convertible.
