1. Reporting owner may be deemed to have control over these shares as he is a Managing Member, Head of Research and sits on the investment committee of Navy Capital Green Management, LLC, the investment adviser to Navy Capital Green Fund, LP and Navy Capital Green Co-Invest Fund, LLC.

2. The option was granted on December 21, 2020 and vests as follows: one-third on December 21, 2021, one-third on December 21, 2022, and one-third on December 21, 2023.

3. Converted from Canadian exercise price of C$1.06 using an exchange rate of C$1.2732 = US$1.00

4. Converted from Canadian exercise price of C$0.90 using an exchange rate of C$1.2732 = US$1.00.

5. These securities were unintentionally omitted from the original Form 3 filed January 4, 2021.
