Explanation of Responses:

1. IDR Investment Management, LLC (the "Manager") serves as the investment adviser to IDR Core Property Index Fund Ltd. These securities are directly held by the Manager which is owned by its key investment professionals through an affiliate of Investors Diversified Realty, LLC ("IDR") and by USAA Real Estate Company ("USAA Realco"). IDR may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by the Manager by virtue of its control over the Manager. Furthermore, the affiliate of IDR is controlled in part by Gary A. Zdolshek. Gary A. Zdolshek may be deemed to beneficially own such equity securities directly or indirectly controlled by him. Gary A. Zdolshek disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Manager except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, of any.
