Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 10, 2021, Sterling Griffin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Harbor Custom Development, Inc. (the “Company”) discussed during an interview with Benzinga that the Company had $3.7 million in net income in the third quarter of 2021 and that he fully expects that the Company’s fourth quarter revenues and net income will surpass the third quarter. Further, Mr. Griffin announced he anticipates that the Company’s 2022 revenues will be $160 million.
