Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 23, 2021, pursuant to a plan of disposition adopted on September 9, 2020 in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "10b5-1 Plan"), Mr. Mills sold 11,317 shares in a single trade at a price of $43.7566 per share. No more than 50,286 shares (less any number of shares withheld to satisfy tax obligations in connection with relevant vesting events) may be sold in the aggregate under the 10b5-1 Plan, which terminates no later than October 5, 2021, regardless of whether the maximum number of shares subject to the 10b5-1 Plan have been sold.
