The registrant was not, without unreasonable effort or expense, able to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2021 by the prescribed due date because additional time is required to finalize its financial statements to be filed as a part of the Form 20-F, primarily as a result of delays caused by ongoing and renewed COVID-19 lockdowns. The registrant anticipates that it will file its Annual Report on Form 20-F within fifteen calendar days following the prescribed due date.
