Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 10, 2021, Convey Health Solutions Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release reporting the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously announced, the Company will host a conference call on November 10, 2021, at 5:00 PM ET to discuss its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021.
