Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person was granted restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which represent a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock for each RSU. The RSUs are subject to a service-based vesting requirement, which shall be satisfied on the earlier of (i) the date of the next annual meeting of stockholders or (ii) the one-year anniversary of June 8, 2022, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the issuer through such date.

2. The Reporting Person may be deemed to have voting and dispositive power over the securities held by Ampla Capital, LLC, and as such, may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held directly by Ampla Capital, LLC.
