EXPLANATORY NOTE
IM Cannabis Corp. (the "Company") is filing this Amendment No. 1 to the Form 6-K, furnished on April 29, 2021, for the purpose of adding the date of the audit report included in Exhibit 99.1 and to provide a new consent of MNP LLP, included as Exhibit 99.2. No other changes were made to the original Form 6-K or to the Exhibits attached thereto.
Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Form 6-K/A are hereby incorporated by reference into the Registration Statement on Form F-10 (File No. 333-254255) of the Company, as amended or supplemented.
