On October 5, 2020, Churchill Capital Corp III (“Churchill”) and MultiPlan, Inc. (“MultiPlan”) issued a joint press release regarding the launch of the refinancing process for MultiPlan’s Existing 7.125% senior notes due 2024 and senior secured credit facilities. A copy of the joint press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
