1. In the Issuer's discretion, the option may also be exercised for CA$17.42, based on the currency exchange rate of 1.3111 as reported by the Bank of Canada as of the close of trading on the Canadian Stock Exchange on August 31, 2022.

2. The stock option was granted on September 1, 2022 and vests in one-third increments on September 1, 2023, September 1, 2024 and September 1, 2025.
