Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") issued to the Reporting Person as consideration for service on the Issuer's Board of Directors. Shares will be issued in full upon vesting, which is scheduled to occur on January 4, 2025.

2. On February 1, 2024, the Reporting Person transferred 7,500 shares of common stock to the Irwin Golds Trust dated March 12, 2018, of which the Reporting Person is trustee.

3. Includes stock options that were granted to the Reporting Person on February 20, 2019, of which 1,500 shares remain to be vested, and will vest on February 20, 2024.

4. These options are fully vested.
