Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 30, 2021, Leader Financial Asset Management Ltd. ("LFAML") entered into a stock purchase agreement with AQUARIUS PROTECTION FUND SPC - PROSPEROUS FUND SP ("APF"), pursuant to which LFAML agreed to sell 1,000,000 shares of common stock to APF.

2. The securities reported are held by Leader Financial Asset Management Limited. Mr. Lin has sole voting and investment power as the sole owner of such entity. The other reporting persons have indirect ownership based on Mr. Lin's control over such reporting persons.
