Explanation of Responses:

1. These securities are directly held by YieldStreet Management, LLC (the "Adviser"), which is wholly-owned by, and whose sole member is, YieldStreet Inc. ("YieldStreet"). YieldStreet may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by the Adviser by virtue of its control over the Adviser. Furthermore, Mr. Milind Mehere and Mr. Michael Weisz may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by the Adviser by virtue of Mr. Mehere's and Mr. Weisz's control over YieldStreet. Each of YieldStreet, Mr. Mehere and Mr. Weisz disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Adviser except to the extent of its or his pecuniary interest therein, if any.

Remarks:

This Form 3 amendment is being filed to correct a scrivener's error on the original Form 3 filed on February 5, 2020, which reflected ownership of 100 shares instead of 10,000 shares.
