1. These transactions were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on August 18, 2020.

2. This option was granted on November 29, 2018. The shares underlying the option vested with respect to 25% of the shares on December 31, 2019 and the remainder are scheduled to vest in equal monthly installments through December 31, 2022.

3. This option was granted on June 1, 2017. The shares underlying the option are scheduled to vest in equal yearly installments from January 1, 2017 through January 1, 2021.

4. The option was granted on May 11, 2016 and is fully vested.
