(the "Company") and to receive a tax bonus equal to 4% of the fair market value of the Class A common stock paid to the reporting person in respect of vested restricted stock units. The awards will vest in two equal annual installments commencing on February 27, 2021, as long as the reporting person remains continuously employed through each vesting date. |
