1. These transactions were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on May 21, 2020.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $64.45 to $65.44, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes (2) and (3) of this Form 4.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $65.46 to $65.54, inclusive.

4. The option was granted on November 29, 2018. The shares underlying the option vested with respect to 25% of the shares on November 14, 2019 and the remainder vest in equal monthly installments through November 14, 2022.
