RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Auna S.A. (“Auna” or the “Company”) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on August 6, 2024. The Company’s shareholders approved and adopted all matters submitted to them, which are described in the convening notices attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to the Company’s report on Form 6-K submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 18, 2024.
