Explanation of Responses:

1. This phantom unit award was granted February 1, 2017 pursuant to the CSI Compressco LP Amended and Restated 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan. One-third vested on each of February 1, 2018 and February 1, 2019 and the remaining one-third will vest on February 1, 2020.

2. This phantom unit award was granted February 22, 2018 pursuant to the CSI Compressco LP Second Amended and Restated 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan. One-third of the award vested February 22, 2019, with the remaining to vest one-third on each of February 22, 2020 and February 22, 2021.

3. This phantom unit award was granted February 21, 2019 pursuant to the CSI Compressco LP Second Amended and Restated 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan. One-third of the award will vest on each of February 21, 2020, February 21, 2021 and February 21, 2022.
