Exhibit 24 - Power of Attorney *Note: At the time the reporting person filed the Form 3 being amended by this Amendment No. 2, he was Executive Vice President of the Issuer. The reporting person became Chief Executive Officer of the Issuer, and a member of the Board of Directors, on June 1, 2022. This Amendment No. 2 to Form 3 is being filed to report that on the date the original Form 3 was filed, the reporting person owned the options with expiration dates of April 16, 2023 and later, which were not previously reported.
