Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares are held by Eir Ventures I AB ("Eir Ventures").

2. The Reporting Person is a founding partner of Eir Ventures Partners AB, the General Partner/Manager of Eir Ventures, and shares voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by Eir Ventures. Dr. Christgau disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of his indirect pecuniary interest therein.

3. The Series D Preferred Stock (the "Preferred Stock") is convertible into Common Stock at a ratio of 2.59970:1 into the number of shares of Common Stock as shown in Column 3 at any time at the holder's election, and automatically upon the closing of the Issuer's initial public offering without payment of additional consideration. The Preferred Stock has no expiration date.
