Explanation of Responses:

1. Converted from CAD$0.02 based on CAD-USD Bank of Canada exchange rate of 1.4239 on December 16, 2024.

2. Two-thirds of the options vested upon grant, and one-third of the options vest on December 31, 2024.

3. The Reporting Person agreed to cancellation of an option granted on June 23, 2023, in exchange for a new option having a lower exercise price.

4. Converted from Canadian exercise price of C$0.19 using an exchange rate of C$1.3199 = US$1.00 as of June 23, 2023.

5. The options vested one-third on December 23, 2023, one-third on June 23, 2024, and one-third on December 23, 2024.

6. Fully vested upon grant.

7. The Reporting Person agreed to cancellation of an option granted on April 21, 2023, in exchange for a new option having a lower exercise price.

8. Converted from Canadian exercise price of C$0.23 using an exchange rate of C$1.3539 = US$1.00 as of April 21, 2023.
