Explanation of Responses:

1. On January 15, 2020, the Issuer and Fei Hao of Linkcity real estate management co., LTD. (the "Buyer") entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Buyer purchased 46,000,000 shares of the Issuer's Common Stock, representing 95.115% of the Issuer's outstanding Common Stock.

2. The securities were sold at a price per share of $0.00435.
