Legend Biotech Shares Data on the Earliest Use to Date of CARVYKTI® in the Treatment of Multiple Myeloma and Important Subgroup Analyses at ASCO and EHA
On June 3, 2024, Legend Biotech Corporation (“Legend Biotech”) issued a press release announcing results for the first time from the Phase 2 CARTITUDE-2 Cohort D study in multiple myeloma patients. Results showed patients with less than a complete response (CR) after front-line autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) experienced deep and durable responses following a single infusion of CARVYKTI® (ciltacabtagene autoleucel; cilta-cel) with or without lenalidomide maintenance.
