Miriam Aguirre, the Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”) of Skillz Inc. (the “Company”), has notified the Company that she plans to resign from her position, effective November 22, 2021, to prioritize her ongoing health and well being. Ms. Aguirre will assist the Company following her resignation by serving in a technical advisory role. Ms. Aguirre’s departure is not due to a conflict or disagreement with the Company or the Company’s operations, policies, or procedures. The Company thanks Ms. Aguirre for her foundational role at the Company over the last 8 years and for her continuing contributions.
