2. The price reported in column is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $30.00 to $30.97, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide Applied Molecular Transport, Inc., any security holder of Applied Molecular Transport, Inc. or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote.

3. 1/4th of the shares subject to the option became vested on the Exercisable Date and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option vest monthly thereafter, provided that the reporting person is a service provider to the issuer on each such vest date.
