Explanation of Responses:

1. The original Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on February 17, 2023 is amended by this Form 4 Amendment to disclose that 377 shares of common stock were sold to cover tax withholding obligations arising from the award reported in the original Form 4. The original Form 4 did not report the sale to cover tax withholding obligations because the number of shares to be sold was not known at the time of filing. This Form 4 Amendment is in addition to, and does not replace, the disclosure contained in the original Form 4.
