On November 15, 2021, PLBY Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the Company’s third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”) and incorporated herein by reference.
