1. Represents shares sold by Mr. Danker upon the closing of the initial public offering of the common stock of SelectQuote, Inc. at a net price per share of $18.90 (after underwriting discounts and commissions).

2. Beneficially owned by Mr. Danker through Five Elms Co-Invest LP, an investment company in which Mr. Danker owns a 4.53% ownership stake. Mr. Danker disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by Five Elms Co-Invest LP, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
