On April 9, 2024, Mr. Rahul Mewawalla resigned as an independent director (Class II) of the board (the “Board”) of Lion Group Holding Ltd. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Mewawalla’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Board or the Company.
