Item 8.01 Other Event
On December 9, 2022, Belpointe PREP, LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the acquisition of a new development site in Nashville, Tennessee, the Company’s fifth investment in Nashville, (Nashville No. 5) for an aggregate purchase price of $16.2 million, exclusive of transaction costs. The approximately 5.92-acre site is located within an opportunity zone on the riverfront in East Nashville, Tennessee. The Company anticipates that Nashville No. 5 will be redeveloped into multiple mixed-use buildings with varying heights, unit counts, and amenities A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
