Order Granting Motion for Approval of the Settlement Agreement with Cascade Natural Gas Corporation Pursuant to Rule 9019 of the Federal rules of Bankruptcy Procedure:
On March 2, 2006, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas approved a settlement agreement between Mint Farm Generation, LLC and Cascade Natural Gas Corporation. The settlement ordered that Cascade Natural Gas Corporation is granted an allowed Mirant Debtor Class 3 claim against Mint Farm Generation, LLC in the amount of $850,000.
