1. This amendment is being filed solely to correct the transaction code previously reported on the Reporting Person's Form 4 filed on March 8, 2021.

2. Reporting person exchanged each share of Series AA Preferred Stock into two shares of the Issuer's common stock in an exchange offer. No shares were sold in the exchange offer.
